Overview
Figure 1. The Tracker
The Tracker provides a high-level overview of the statistics, by User, for the currently selected period. It is used for evaluating schedules quantitatively in order to identify trends and potential issues.
The Tracker can be configured to display User Groups and configured to display different Tracker columns, according to the Section(s) selected. The Tracker is able to show various data points by User, like shifts in the current period or assignments since the scheduling year began.
Note: To have this feature enabled for your organization, contact [email protected] or reach out to your representative.
Configuration
While accessible to schedulers from both the Intrigma Scheduling System (ISS) and Intrigma Scheduler+, the information shown in the Tracker may currently only be configured from the Settings window within ISS. Once configured, the information displayed on the Tracker will reflect the same scheduling data, regardless of platform.
Figure 2. Configure the Tracker from the Settings Dialog in ISS
To configure the Tracker:
On the ISS menu, select Edit, then Settings (or press CTRL+E on your keyboard).
On the Settings dialog, select the Tracker tab.
Select the Section that you would like to modify the tracker columns for (you may also select which User Groups will be displayed).
You may then select and modify an existing column, or click Add… to configure a new one. Click and drag columns to change the order in which they are displayed within the Tracker.
Adding a Column to the Tracker
If you find the Tracker is not generating the information you need, you may want to add more columns of information to it. To do this:
Select the Section to which the column will be added.
Note: Select [All Sections] in the list to have the column appear for all sections.
Click the Add button below the Tracker Columns list.
On the Add New Tracker Column dialog, select the relevant Shift Group then add the column to from the list of Shift Groups.
Note: Select [All Shifts] from the list to add the Tracker Column to all shifts.
Select a column type from the Tracker Columns list.
Click Create Column to confirm.
Note: Tracker columns may be reordered by clicking and dragging on them.
Types of Tracker Columns
When creating a tracker column, first select a Shift Group. The available columns will vary according to the shift group selected.

Walkthroughs
Using the Tracker
Figure 5. Schedule Optimization is enabled with the Tracker and Other Tools
The Tracker Rule is the system's term for percentage distribution rules, which will appear in the Tracker if the same Shift Groups and and Tracker column type are selected (see the two rightmost columns above). Other rules such as the Overall Quota Rules and Shift Group Quota Rule will also appear in the schedule, when correctly configured.
Export Tracker Data to CSV
Figure 6. Export and email Tracker data
From the ISS, you can take a closer look at the available information for a generated schedule by exporting the Tracker data to an Excel file. To do this:
Select File, then Export.
On the Export Document to Email dialog, your User account is displayed by default, leave the email field as-is to send to yourself.
To send the CSV file to another User or different email address:
Select another User account from the User Account list; or
Enter the email address that you would like to send the Tracker export. To enter multiple recipients, use commas to separate the email addresses.
Click Send to email the CSV file.
