Split View

Overview

Figure 1. The Full and Split Views, as accessed from the Change Layout menu

When using the system, you can choose between two (2) layouts, namely Full View and Split View, for the main page.

The default layout, Full View, divides the screen into two parts, namely, the list of Users on the left and the Calendar on the right.

To change from Full View to Split View, open the Change Layout menu on the top right (marked by a 3-section page icon and sandwiched between the Schedule settings and Full-screen options), then select Split View.

Split View retains the list of Users on the left and divides the right side of the screen (where the Calendar is in Full View) into two sections, divided horizontally. The modules displayed in these sections depend on which Intrigma features are available to your organization, but may include options such as: Calendar and Tracker, or Calendar and Capacity Explorer.

You can switch between these two layouts anytime, you can also choose to use one or the other depending on the tasks you are currently performing within the system.

Note: You may also use the system in separate browser windows, which may be more convenient for multiple monitor setups. When using separate windows, they may be set to different viewing modes independently.

Configuration

Split View allows splitting the main screen into any of the different module combinations below (these depend on the features enabled for your organization):

  1. Calendar / Capacity Explorer

  2. Calendar / Patient Volume Planner

  3. Calendar / Tracker

  4. Shift Grid / Capacity Explorer

  5. Shift Grid / Patient Volume Planner

  6. Shift Grid / Tracker

By default, Split View divides the central portion of the screen into two equal parts. You may customize the View by enlarging either the top or the bottom, with the larger part occupying 75% and the smaller one 25% of the screen.

The available options for splitting the Split View further:

  1. 50/50

  2. 25/75

  3. 75/25

To select between a 50-50, 25-75, and 75-25 split, select the appropriate buttons for these options in the middle of the top and bottom sections of the Split View.
